Who you are contracting with

Your account

You need an account to save rituals, keep reflections or hold a collection. Keep your login details to yourself; accounts are personal and not transferable. You may ask us to close your account at any time.

Free rituals

Some rituals are free to read and complete. We may change which rituals are free, but we will not remove access to a collection you have already bought.

Digital collections

Collections in the shop are digital products. Nothing is shipped. Once a purchase is complete, the collection appears in your THERA space and stays there for as long as your account exists.

Rituals are for your personal use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

Reservations before launch

Card payment is not yet open. Reserving a collection records your interest at the price shown and charges you nothing. A reservation is not a purchase and creates no obligation for either side until payment is completed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency listed on each product page and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. When payment opens, it will be processed by our payment provider; THERA never stores your card details.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because collections are digital and available immediately, by completing a purchase you ask for delivery to begin at once and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once access is given. If something is faulty, or you were charged in error, write to us and we will put it right.

What THERA is not

THERA is written for everyday life. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and it does not replace professional care. If you are unwell or in crisis, contact a professional or your local emergency service.

Liability

We provide THERA with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country of governing law].
